Sleeping so much better

I have been using the Rest Oil and silk pillowcase every night for the past few weeks. I am sleeping so much better. I have been suffering from anxiety a sleeping badly since the start of the Pandemic. I find great comfort in the silk pillowcase, it's become my 'comfort blanket'. The oil is very calming I am rolling it on my wrists and inhaling deeply - divine! thank you!
