How do I care for my Silk Pillowcase?
The ideal plan is to either hand wash your silk pillowcase or use the Delicates cycle on your washing machine. To keep silk at its best use special washing liquids that are designed to care for your precious silk items. Your silk pillowcase will dry very quickly and naturally. You can use a gentle iron using the low-heat silk setting to finish. Never bleach. I have accidentally washed my silk pillowcases with my cotton bed sheets on a 40-degree wash and it has suffered no ill effects. Silk is a lot less delicate than you’d expect. So don’t panic if things don’t go according to plan A.
